What to Write About
- Questions about a mirror. Not sure which magnification, size or type suits you? Tell us what you will use it for, where it will go, and anything you have already ruled out, and Joan will point you in the right direction.
- Corrections. If a size, magnification, power option or other spec on one of our pages does not match the product, please send the page link and what you found. Specs change when makers update a product, and we fix errors as soon as we confirm them.
- Topic ideas. A question our guides do not answer yet is a good candidate for the next one.
- Partnerships. Brands and makers are welcome to get in touch about products. Please note that we do not sell sponsored placements in reviews: inclusion and ranking cannot be bought, and a sample does not guarantee coverage.
Before You Write
We do not sell products, so we cannot help with orders, deliveries, returns or warranty claims. For those, contact the seller or the maker directly; if you bought on Amazon, start from your Amazon order page.
Joan reads every message herself. Reply times vary, so we do not promise a set time, but questions about our pages and corrections are always answered first.
