A product earns a place because it does its job well for a specific kind of reader, judged on light, magnification, size, mounting, power, build, and the maker's warranty and return terms. Reviews say clearly when Joan has used a mirror herself; for the others, they explain why it was picked from the maker's specifications. More about the method is on the About page.

What a product might earn plays no part in whether it is included or where it sits in a list. Products that are no longer sold are removed when we update a page.

No Paid Placements

No brand or seller pays to appear on MirroRank, to be ranked higher or to receive a better review. We do not sell sponsored placements in reviews, and receiving a product sample would never guarantee coverage.

Prices and Availability

Prices and availability on Amazon change often, sometimes several times a day. For that reason we do not publish prices on our pages; at most we describe a product as budget, mid-range or premium.
